The Seward Meridian Parkway Improvements Project (Phase II), which will soon be underway, is on the agenda of the next MSB Parks, Recs and Trails Advisory board meeting.
This long-delayed project made for a lively discussion on the Mat-Su Valley News Facebook group yesterday.
A former MSB employee (Bill Klebesadel) provided some interesting color commentary and background history. He was challenged by Cindy Bettine, a former Assembly member and current MSB Transportation Advisory Board member.
